He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Peter’s professional activities have included appointment to the Washington Supreme Court committees on pattern jury instructions and qualifications of lawyers in death penalty cases.
Peter has been a frequent presenter on topics of interest to criminal defense lawyers and is an active member of professional organizations, including the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
