P. Troy Hatfield focuses his practice on design professional representation, construction law, and commercial litigation.
While pursuing his law degree at Seattle University, Troy acquired an MBA and was admitted to the International and Comparative Business Law program at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany. Troy had wide-ranging internship and externship experiences, notably regulatory and compliance work at Russell Investments, research and implementation of public records policy at the Seattle Police Department, an externship with Judge Robert J. Bryan at the U.S. District Court, and a clerkship at a well-established construction law firm in Seattle.
Troy was on the editorial board for the Seattle Journal for Social Justice, a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, and Treasurer of the International Law Society. He was also invited to compete in the James E. Bond ABA Appellate competition based on exceptional Legal Writing coursework.
