Rebecca is admitted to practice in the federal and state courts of Washington. Her practice focuses on family law, estate planning, probate, and tax law.
Rebecca is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and King County Bar Association. Before joining Skellenger Bender, Rebecca practiced at Preston Gates & Ellis, LLP, where she focused on tax, health information privacy, and school law. As a public interest fellow at Columbia Legal Services, she represented clients seeking third-party custody of children in their care.
Subsequent to receiving her LL.M. in Taxation, Rebecca was selected to be an Adjunct Professor at the University of Washington's Master of Professional Accounting Taxation Program. She will teach Estate Tax, Gift Tax, and Income Taxation of Trusts and Estates.
