Rebecca is admitted to practice in the federal and state courts of Washington. She is a member of the family law group and focuses her practice in the areas of family law, adoption, assisted reproduction, estate planning, and business law.
Rebecca is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the King County Bar Association, and the Young Lawyers division. Before joining Skellenger Bender, Rebecca was an associate at Preston Gates & Ellis, LLP. At Preston, Rebecca’s practice focused on representation of tax-exempt entities, health information privacy, and school law. From Fall 2003 until Fall 2004, Rebecca was a public interest fellow at Columbia Legal Services, providing full representation to clients seeking third-party custody of the children in their care.
