Raegen is a principal in the firm. She focuses her practice on family law, adoption and assisted reproduction, and the defense of medical and mental health professionals in licensing and disciplinary proceedings. She is admitted to practice in the federal and state courts of Washington.

Raegen has been a frequent speaker and author on topics including adoption and assisted reproduction law and public policy, family law litigation, and ethics and disciplinary issues for mental health professionals.

Raegen is a member of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, and the Washington State Psychological Association.  She is an active member of the Northwest Women's Law Center, and has served on its Legal Committee since 1998. Raegen is currently chair of the King County Bar Association's Judicial Screening Committee.
