Lindsey is admitted to practice in the federal and state courts of Washington. She is a member of the civil litigation group and focuses her practice in the areas of design professional defense, construction law, and commercial litigation.
Lindsey recently co-authored a chapter on "The Design Professional and Tort Liability" in Design Professional And Construction Manager Law, a publication by the American Bar Association.
Lindsey is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the King County Bar Association, and the Young Lawyers division. She volunteers with the King County Bar Association's Housing Justice Project.
