Beth is a principal in the firm. She focuses her litigation practice in the areas of design professional (architect/engineer) defense, construction law, employment law, and appellate advocacy.

Beth is admitted to practice in the federal and state courts in Washington, Alaska, and Idaho. She is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth and Ninth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Beth is a member of the American Bar Association, Washington State Bar Association, Alaska State Bar, Idaho State Bar Association, and the King County Bar Association.

Beth has been a participating member of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Legal Counsel Forum for several years. In 2003, Beth was appointed to the American Arbitration Association's panel of Construction Arbitration and Mediation Neutrals.
