Raegen N. RasnicRaegen N. Rasnic

Raegen N. Rasnic is a Shareholder of the firm, and became the firm’s President in January 2012. She focuses her practice on family law, adoption and assisted reproduction, and the defense of medical and mental health professionals in licensing and disciplinary proceedings. She is admitted to practice in the federal and state courts of Washington.

Raegen is a Fellow and past Board of Trustees Secretary of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys. She is a member of the American Academy of Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys and sits on the organization’s Executive Council. She teaches Adoption Law as an Adjunct Professor at Seattle University School of Law. Raegen is an active member of Legal Voice (formerly the Northwest Women’s Law Center), and has served on its Legal Committee since 1998. Raegen is Co-Chair of the King County Bar Association’s Joint Bench-Bar Judicial Conferencing Committee, and is past chair of the KCBA Judicial Screening Committee.
