Lindsey Malone Pflugrath is a Shareholder of the firm. Lindsey is admitted to practice in the state courts of Washington, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Lindsey is a member of the civil litigation group and focuses her practice in the areas of design professional defense, construction law, and commercial litigation.

Lindsey is a member of the Board of Directors of the American Institute of Architects Seattle, as well as the Seattle Architecture Foundation. She is a former chair of the Practice and Ethics Committee for the AIA Seattle, and has served on the planning committee for the AIA’s annual seminar on Integrated Project Delivery for the past two years. Lindsey is a frequent presenter on issues affecting design and construction professionals, including contract negotiation, conflict resolution, collection strategies, integrated project delivery (IPD) and building information modeling (BIM).

Lindsey is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the King County Bar Association. Lindsey is a former volunteer with the King County Bar Association’s Housing Justice Project, and the Future of the Law Institute. Lindsey is a member of the national Board of Directors for Havanese Rescue, Inc.

  • Lindsey co-authored a chapter on “The Design Professional and Tort Liability” in Design Professional And Construction Manager Law, a publication by the American Bar Association.
  • Lindsey recently co-authored a white paper on Integrated Project Delivery and Sales Tax.
